HELP
If you get sound and no video this means your internet browser and my video files are incompatible
Chrome workaround:
- right click on the area of the webpage where the video would display (just above the controls) and "copy the audio address" (or video address if you get that option).
- open a new tab in your browser and paste the address into the tab's address bar and hit return. Your computer should then download the file
- you may then be prompted to open a media player that recognises the downloaded file (my pc offered me Windows Media Player, my Mac used QuickTime Player), in which case do so and from within the media player, open the file from your downloads directory. Or the download might automatically start to play
Firefox workaround:
- right click on the area of the webpage where the video would display (just above the controls) and click “save audio as”. This allows you to download file (with the video and audio)
- once downloaded, you can open the file with a media player that recognises it (my pc offered me Windows Media Player, my Mac used QuickTime Player), or the download might automatically start to play the video
